Summit Avenue Present Day

LOOKOUT PARK is one of several parks that line the Avenue. Lookout is located at the turn in Summit Avenue, at the top of Ramsey Hill. The Park offers the only open space along Summit Avenue overlooking the river bluff.

In 2005, Lookout Park was selected to receive the New York Eagle (sometimes called Saint-Gaudens eagle), Saint Paul's oldest public sculpture. Landscaping of the park, including the recent addition of a drinking fountain and t he future addition of a fountain, is in progress. SARPA is proud to have donated funds to this beautiful gateway to Summit Avenue. For more information on Lookout Park, click here.

PROJECTS ON SUMMIT When something is going on on Summit, SARPA is watching. Please contact us if you see something that we've missed, or just to let us know how you feel about it.
