is one of several parks that line the Avenue. Lookout is located at the turn in Summit Avenue, at the top of Ramsey Hill. The Park offers the only open space along Summit Avenue overlooking the river bluff.
In 2005, Lookout Park was selected to receive the New York Eagle (sometimes called Saint-Gaudens eagle), Saint Paul's oldest public sculpture. Landscaping of the park, including the recent addition of a drinking fountain and t he future addition of a fountain, is in progress. SARPA is proud to have donated funds to this beautiful gateway to Summit Avenue.
SARPA maintains the planters over the Ayd Mill Road bridge, which change with the seasons. SARPA sponsors the Monument Park gardens at the west end of Summit Avenue.
SARPA has recently begun a popular lecture series, and maintains a Speakers' Bureau.
