Application to split lot: Bluff view behind 344 Summit. Wooded area on hill is area in question; the application is to create two new residential lots on the wooded portion.

The new lots would have an Irvine address and would be accessed from Irvine.

At the 7/12/2007 HPC meeting, the College withdrew the application to split the lot.
