Application to split lot:

Sateliite image is from the South. The home at 1082 Summit is located on an oversized lot; however, the rear portion of the lot, adjacent to the alley, is currently owned by the the Grand Avenue US Bank branch and is used for bank patron parking. SARPA attended the the public hearing regarding the lot split to express its concern about the lack of alley access.

The HPC recommended approval of the lot split at the August 2007 meeting, specifying that alley access alley be provided. City has approved the lot split. For more information, download the complete minutes from the August 2007 meeting of the HPC.
